Dr. Laura Pohopien is a professor of business and hospitality management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and Azusa Pacific University.  Laura has over 20 years experience in higher education with expertise in hospitality management, communication in business, and organizational behavior. She is an expert in disruptive innovations research in the culinary industry, and speaks around the country; focusing on how cutting-edge trends influence business decisions.

Laura is an avid long distance runner, a trivia buff, and vintage cookbook collector.
